Family Holiday Home

The house is located in a picturesque residence, surrounded by the peace and quiet of the pine forest. Its location is close to the center of the village with the shops, cafeterias and bars, as well as the sandy beach, which is 250m away. The access to the beach on foot is through a steep slope with stairs, this is why we recommend you to drive there by car. The property is suitable for memorable and relaxing vacation.

The house is 55sq.m. and it has 2 bedrooms (1 with a matrimonial bed & 1 with 2 single beds), one bathroom and a kitchen which is connected with the living room. At the back, there is a small terrace which has a marvelous sea view to the 2nd finger of Chalkidiki, while there is also a front yard where the children can play safely. We can also provide a baby cot and a baby chair, upon request. This holiday house is fully equipped to meet the needs of a family or group of friends who want to take a break and enjoy a few moments in Chalkidiki.

Visitors have access to all the areas of the house, the garden, the backyard, as well as the common areas of the residence.

We recommend you to come or rent a car, in order to visit and explore Chalkidiki.
