In an elegant house of 150 sqm in front of the beach with crystal clear water, we aspire to meet the expectations and needs for the period of your holiday.

We are located 4 km from the village Ierissos, a plot of 1500m, in the green, where we invite young and older friends, to enjoy their holiday and relax in a fully equipped house with a large secure garden, gazing at the horizon in the second leg of Halkidiki. (Sithonia)

The house develops on two floors, is bright and offers privacy. On the ground floor is the living room with a double sofa bed , fully equipped kitchen, two rooms with double beds each and shower bathroom while on the first floor there are one room with double bed, two single sofa beds and a shower bathroom.

In just 4 km is the village of Ierissos, and at 3.5 km the village of Nea Roda with branches covering all your needs. (Restaurants, café, bar, s / m, etc).

At 10 km you can catch a boat that in 15 minutes takes you to beautiful Ammouliani, with internationally renowned beaches for a day trip.

Finally for men, 15 miles from home, it is possible to visit Mount Athos and its monasteries.
