Going up to the first floor you will find the apartment which has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom with shower and a fully equipped living room and kitchen. The couch in the living room can also become a double bed, making it easier for 2 more people to sleep there as well.

The house is surrounded by a garden that invites you to relax and play. The centerpiece is the blue swimming pool, ideal for refreshing dips throughout the day. The balcony overlooking the garden and the pool is the perfect spot where you can enjoy unique evenings with friends and family, a morning coffee or relaxed drinks at sunset.
