Welcome to our spacious maisonette, a peaceful retreat in Nea Flogita in Halkidiki, ideal for unforgettable summer holidays for families or groups of adults. The residence is located in a building that consists of a floor apartment on the first floor and the maisonette which extends over the 2nd and 3rd floor of the building.

Interior Information
This is a spacious residence of 120 sqm which can comfortably accommodate 6–8 people. Entering the first floor of the maisonette you encounter the kitchen-living room with a dining area which is also connected to the balcony of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from breakfast to dinner, in a welcoming space that brings the family together. In the space also extends the bright and spacious living room, which includes a large corner sofa that converts into a double bed, ideal for hosting additional guests. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower.

On the second floor there is a small auxiliary kitchen, as well as a comfortable workspace. Additionally, there are 2 more bedrooms, each with a double bed. Finally, on the floor there is also the second bathroom with a shower.

The maisonette features a spacious balcony with a large dining table and a sea view where you can relax and enjoy unique moments with friends and family.
